Richard Berrill is a lighting cameraman and drone operator based in Sydney, Australia. With over 30 years of experience in the television industry he has worked on a diverse range of productions and brings a creative and professional work ethic to all his projects.

He was employed as a senior cameraman at Network Ten, Sydney, working on a variety of programs including Documentaries, Sport, News & Current Affairs and On Air Promotions from 1992 to 2004.

When the opportunity came to live and work in Cairo, Egypt, Richard took this chance to diversify his skills and experience for the next 2 years. He filmed projects for UNICEF, United Nations Development Programs, corporate clients and community development groups, both in Cairo and in rural areas. He also gained invaluable experience filming documentaries in other fascinating countries such as Morocco, Tunisia and Bahrain.

After returning to Australia, Richard began working in the freelance market, establishing Rich Pictures in mid 2006. Since then, Richard has worked for all of the major television networks in Sydney (Seven, Nine, Ten, ABC and SBS). He has also filmed TV commercials, sport profiles, music specials and short documentaries, plus numerous corporate and reality TV productions.
